Here is a sneak peek of Houmei 1/8 PVC figure from the anime Shining Tears x Wind manufactured by Alter.
The image was taken from this month's issue of Hobby Japan magazine. Houmei was also display at Wonder Festival few month ago, and still unpainted that day.
Both release date & price are still unknown.
